i-got-no: ahmerde: I would stab whatever asshole did this. Jesus christ, it’s a restaurant. You are not the only customer, and I’m sure if you would have politely said something to a server, they would have apologized and tended to your ignorant ass.  This is why I could never be a waitress. People treat them like shit, and they just have to apologize. I would FREAK OUT. You gotta know the whole story to get mad though. I was a waiter for a few days and I saw people freak out over nothing. I got no tip one time because a woman thought I wasn’t nice enough to her 2 year old child who insisted on ordering herself because I could not understand the child’s random noises. On the other hand, I went to a restaurant one time, waited a half hour to order, then waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food. I understood that it was busy but I saw 2 tables come, get their food, and leave before I got mine. They purposely skipped my order because I was a kid (i was 16 at the time) and didn”t think I was important. Assholes.
